Admission Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Assessment: Online or In-person Counselling
- Result to Prove English Proficiency:
- IELTS (Academic) – 6.0 overall
- IELTS (General) – 6.0 overall with each band 6.0
- PTE (Academic) – 51 overall
- TOEFL IBT – 60 overall
- CELPIP – 7 overall with each band 7
- In the absence of the above ESL required.
- Secondary or Post Secondary Degree Diploma.
Learning Outcomes
- Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
Job Responsibilities
- General office support, including phone calls, emails, and maintaining office organization.
- Document creation, formatting, editing, and proofreading using office software.
- Accurate data entry and management with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
- Making travel arrangements for business trips.
- Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, or customers.
- Maintaining organized physical and electronic records and files.
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, managing inventory.
- Tracking and documenting expenses, processing reimbursements, and budget management.
