    Certification Overview

    What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions often with artificial ventilation to manually preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest.

Our First Aid training program has been created to teach students how to provide emergency care for someone in need; this might be at home, workplace, or in a public place. The training is designed to make the learning process enjoyable and simple while providing a non-stressful training environment so that students may practice and apply emergency lifesaving skills.
