    Community Service Worker Course Overview

    The Community Service Worker Course at Futures Canadian College provides students with the tools to assess client needs, deliver effective support services, and advocate for social justice and change. Students explore the principles of psychology, sociology, communication, and ethics while applying them to real-life casework scenarios.

    Duration & Schedule

    Course Length: 4 Modules | Total: 158 Hours – (39.5 hours per module)

    Campus Hours: Monday–Friday Saturdays – 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

    Mode of Learning: Online

    Students: Domestic & International

    Credential: Certificate NOC

    Entry Requirements

    To join the course, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    Age: Minimum 18 years

    Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent

    Language Proficiency: CLB Level 6 or IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent)

    Experience: Interest or volunteer experience in community services, human services, or social work is an asset
