The Human Resource Management (HRM) Course at Futures provides in-depth exposure to key HR functions. Students learn the principles of recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and legal compliance. Through engaging online sessions and simulations, learners are equipped to manage human capital and contribute to organizational goals.

Students simulate real HR functions, such as conducting mock interviews, writing job descriptions, and resolving employee relations issues through role-play.

By the end of the program, students will have a portfolio including recruitment plans, performance evaluation templates, and HR policy documents.
